The latest version (2010) of the First cabin (termed "Prime" internally by British Airways, or "New First") is available on all 4-class 777s and all 747s.
An newer evolution (2013) of the First seat (Prime+) is found on all A380s, and a newer version still (2015) is available on all 787-9s.
The older version of the First cabin (termed "Classic" internally by British Airways, or "Old First") has now been withdrawn.
747 information updated to 31 March 2016. Last change: withdrawal of G-BNLF, the last OF aircraft

Thanks for spotting this. Routes are easily missed if their callsigns (eg BAW185) do not directly correspond to their IATA codes (in this case BA185). It seems that the callsign of BA185 is now BAW8E, which I had missed.
Let's see if tomorrow's update will fix the issue.

Doha update??
Does anyone know if we are still using the oldest 777 in the fleet for this route or is there a chance of getting new First on my flight on Oct 31? I know it can change at 24 hours notice.

If the flight is operated with 70 CW seats then the chance of NF is 100%.
However if the flight is operated with 52 CW then the chance of NF is about 50%.
You can check how many CW seats there are by making a dummy booking on Expedia for business class and clicking on 'seat preview'.

Does that hold good for all routes?

Why don't you spend 15 minutes or so on ftdashboard.net to see what it looks like on your route?
The 70J = 100% NF estimate is quite hard to depart from, given that there are no OF 70J 747s.

The seat plan definitely showed 13F seats which is rather bizarre if there are no longer any 13F 777s. The 12F 777's normally fly that route so I guess it must have been an error. Sadly I will never know for sure (although it has now shown as NF on ftdashboard) as I missed the flight thanks to American...

Looks like we might have a 17F getting refitted as G-ZZZC is in Cardiff. Though may just be scheduled maintenance (anyone know?).
Currently running:
100% Hi-J 744
100% 12F 772
100% 773
73% Mid-J 744
73% 14F 772
0% 17F 772
Fingers crossed for the 17Fers.....

Well the last 48 hours has seen a fair bit of swapping of aircraft between LHR & CWL.
772s G-ZZZC & G-ZZZB are now at CWL
744 G-CIVT is now at CWL and G-BNLT has gone back to LHR, she had been at CWL since 17th September.
So the question is, are the 2 ZZZ's down to have NF installed ?
