After checking my BAA points I found out I had over 1000 points which I exchanged in for 1500 bmi miles (2 x 750).
In my bmi account it is showing as only 750 miles! I phoned bmi who said it has been posted twice and they sent a copy of an Excel file which does show 750 miles twice.
The total miles for my account looks like there is missing 750 miles!
It still shows only 750 miles.
Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.

I suppose you could send a copy of your BAA WP redemption to show that it's supposed to be two and not one, or explain the situation to BAA WP and ask them to confirm and then send this to DC. I expect BAA WP would be willing to help if you explained what has happened.

If I'm reading this correctly, the OP can see one transaction online, but bmi can see two.
OP, Does your online mileage total equal that of what bmi can see at their end?
You might check your online account for a hidden transaction. Click 'View activities' then click 'View recent activities'. Sounds daft, but it can reveal all sorts of things you didn't know about.
If that reveals nothing, contact our angel.

I've checked the DC Activities and it only shows one line with 750 miles. My flights before show with correct miles.
The total number if destination miles missing is 750. This I am now certain. I have checked and double checked and there is 750 miles missing. Now How do I get them when bmi say they have been added??
