Did you tell them that it was supposed to show twice as it was two transactions?

I suppose you could send a copy of your BAA WP redemption to show that it's supposed to be two and not one, or explain the situation to BAA WP and ask them to confirm and then send this to DC. I expect BAA WP would be willing to help if you explained what has happened.
