We booked this route in C using cash and miles - there appeared to be quite a bit of availability when we were looking in January for flights in Feb/Mar ie 6-8 weeks before departure. Our flights were at most a third full.

I know exactly what you mean. There was loads of availability in Jan/Feb for any date. I had originally planned to travel in Feb and I could pretty much pick my flight on any day.

But now I can't seem to find even one business seat on any day from now until 11 months from now.

That's why I feel something is going on. Are they changing the aircraft? But then revenue J is still available for purchase and anyway SQ don't have a all Y aircraft.

Advice needed on spending all miles
 

I have about 125000 destinations miles in an account I'd like to empty out.

Thinking about using them for a 1 week trip to Asia (any country) for 2 people, some time between July and November this year in either J or F cabins. Can be pretty flexible in terms of buying extra miles or cash+miles.

Can anyone suggest a good route & carrier that would have fairly decent availability for this?

Apologies about the vague requirements... on reading this thread I realised that the combined wisdom of the forum members would be much more on the money than any research I could ever do :)
