Problems with the new flybmi website
I'm glad I have found flyertalk and excuse me for being a newbie - but I fly a lot with BMI and since they launched their new website I have had nothing but problems and poor service.
Don't get me wrong, I love BMI in the air and the ground staff, but recently - since upgrading their website - I've had nothing but issues trying to book anything - and forget the customer service. I got so irate I compiled my own blog with all the issues and forwarded it to BMI (who are now looking into as a matter of urgency!) The power of the web!!! Please see the link below

I'd be happy to receive your comments on this and interested if anyone else has experienced this poor level of service - or is it just me!?!?

Welcome to Flyertalk, holiam, and thank you for your contribution
It's always a good idea to have a quick scan of the recent threads to see if there is already a discussion about a topic. This keeps the most useful information and discussion in one place and saves us all a bit of time.
