Problems with OZ and NH points posting!
Over the last calendar year I have experienced problems with OZ and NH points not posting.........ever! Even after mailing/faxing the copies of the tickets boarding slips
. Is this just a quirk of the BD program....or is my account jinxed?

After I started using the long number this has become a major problem. I had six TG segments not posted in the last 2 months (TG BKK even told me that their system gives incorrect number when they enter the account number)- LX today told me that I am not a *G and hence have to pay excess baggage as I had 40 kg and was flying J...
