Problems with OZ and NH points posting!
 

Over the last calendar year I have experienced problems with OZ and NH points not posting.........ever! Even after mailing/faxing the copies of the tickets boarding slips:p. Is this just a quirk of the BD program....or is my account jinxed?:D

I've not had NH domestic segments post automatically before, but using a retroclaim, Joanna has got them added. I used a scan and email.

Many thanks for that, have sent an email with a scan of the ticket and BP to Joanna.

Did NH accept your DC number?
I couldn't even get them to enter the number into the system :rolleyes:

After I started using the long number this has become a major problem. I had six TG segments not posted in the last 2 months (TG BKK even told me that their system gives incorrect number when they enter the account number)- LX today told me that I am not a *G and hence have to pay excess baggage as I had 40 kg and was flying J...

Try just 1 zero if you have 4 zero's in front of your number.
That got NH in BKK to be able to register my BD number but nothing posted without the followup.

This is really maddening! The flights I flew on OZ on April the 12th TPE-ICN-LAX in C have failed to post and DC has now reset my status miles to zero and my status remains at SILVER :mad::mad::mad:....Joanna if you read this, this is really unfair !:td::td::td:

That is what TG BKK did to force my number into their system- so the BP showed BD* but of course nothing was posted:mad::mad:
