I contacted DC, was meant to have been made upto silver, and the pack should have been sent out, taking about 2 weeks to arrive - but it isn't even reflecting in the online account yet and that was several days ago

Nope. It's listed (with a link to the flybmi.com registration page) on the AMEX UK site under something like "Offers" then "Travel".
Actually getting the miles/silver would appear to be another question entirely..........

Thank you. It's quite hard finding out which routes bmi fly Premium Economy or business. Do the short haul fares qualify for this? I feel like that would be a waste and I'd prefer to do a Premium Economy out and Economy pack.
That is, if I have understood the fare class codes properly in the promotion!

You'd think that sort of information would be in the forum Sticky: READ THIS FIRST; not that anyone bothers to read that anyway.

Anyway, hopefully the sticky link was useful. Basically there is only Premium Economy on two routes (TLV and CAI). TLV is being scrapped and CAI is going back to a 2 class plane.
For the other routes, the availability of business cabins remains the same as long as it isn't a route being pulled.

I only flew my booking on Saturday, LHR - BRU - LHR, so pack must have been in post tail end of last week.
