"Zombie" links often exist. Companies forget to take links down. Just because a link exists doesn't prove the promo is still active.
The link doesn't explain what value card you get 3000 for, though. It doesn't show the dollar amount of the card, and there's no further explanation. I found that very suspicious. BW has cars from $10 (for Elite only) up to $250, and this link just says you get "1" card.
