Best Western booking unavailable?
Tried booking several rooms today (1:00 Eastern Time)and got a message saying "hotel searching is temporarily unavailable". This is costing BW $$$
Tried several major North American cities. Same result. I am in Ontario Canada.
If they can't take my booking, will they be able to make my bed?

There was a short, unexpected outage of bestwestern.com today - it happens sometimes, regardless of the industry or the brand. It's fixed now. No system has 100% uptime - sometimes things happen. Your timing was unfortunate, as you happened to catch the short window when it was down.
I'm quite sure your bed will be made to your satisfaction, because shockingly, the people who make the beds are not the same people who maintain the global web booking engine.
