Tried booking several rooms today (1:00 Eastern Time)and got a message saying "hotel searching is temporarily unavailable". This is costing BW $$$
Tried several major North American cities. Same result. I am in Ontario Canada.
If they can't take my booking, will they be able to make my bed?
