As of 2/12/14: We've had quite a few "Hey, come use this AWD. It's great" type of posts. When the AWD doesn't give a good discount, but is only posted to try to get renters to use the AWD of someone so the poster can earn free days from their Avis Corporate account. From here out, please put the company/trade group/etc that's associated with the AWD or we'll delete the post to keep it on-topic here.

Has anyone tried J323400 lately? That was my go-to rate, but it seems like it's been nerfed. I'm getting better rates just using the Amazon benefits option.

AWD ś , country sites and rates
There are codes = AWD ś that inffuence a rate.
And there are all these Avis sites with different rates...
Someone aks for a Italy awd ....well they are the same as USA -co,uk . jpn or other sites .
All the differnt Avis sites have different rates ..
Does Visa AWD W819200 gives you a good rate ?
On what site ?
For my next Las Vegas rental I used that AWD on www.avis.is/en
So you book , and rebook.
Have fun

Is it normal for some codes to show as "sold out" even though the location clearly has availability? I'm using a code from work that keeps showing sold out, but when i try other "common" codes it magically has availability, although at a much higher rate!

I have been making reservations while logged out of my Avis account to try out different AWDs. Then I would add the reservation to my account via the app to get the Preferred status and to avoid the line. It would usually change the amount by a couple of dollars. But now I got a significant difference while doing this trick ($200 to $260). And on another reservation the change is from $300 to $340. Anyone else has this issue?
