Any recent codes that work well in NYC?

Looking at a 4 day rental over New Years Eve -so far the best I can find is $279 AI for Standard

Looking to do a simple one-way rental from NJ to Cape Cod for Christmas. I found a corporate code that gives me an ok base rate but doesn't have unlimited mileage so when I factor the miles I'll be driving, the total cost @ 40 cents / mile ends up being about the same as I'd get without any codes at all!

Anyone have anything better?

Going To Zurich in Two Weeks
 

Planning to rent a van or large station wagon in or around Zurich for 18 + or - days and was wondering if:
a) anyone had a discount code that might work.
b) recommendation whether to rent at the airport or other location since I heard they charge more at airports
c) recommendations on other rental agencies in the area.

I am a Avis Preferred customer so am starting with Avis but am open to other companies.

I used A888813 at Avis - Zurich, Zurich, ZR9, Gartenhofstrasse 17, Zurich, ZR9 XX CH (returning to airport) in May 2013 for a station wagon without any difficulty. The rate struck me as quite reasonable (all-in US$360 for six days). This code is listed as MRA but it appeared one fine day mysteriously in my AVIS profile for unknown reasons.

Looking for a a 2 1/2 day rental at DFW on Jan 8-Jan 10. I have Avis First. I'm using the UPS code with rate code PD and I'm getting ~180 for all in on a Premium car.

Flying into Orlando Sanford Airport on January 29th and leaving on February 5th. Most places I've found, I'm looking at about $330 for an economy/compact. Any codes that would work down there?

just FYI a friend was asked for ID for this discount code at two Avis locations, but YMMV.

Has anyone been asked for ID with the Lockheed AWD?

A method that has worked for me several times is to book an AVIS rental using the best code I can find and then submitting it to autoslash.com. Usually they come up with a slightly better rate in a week or so and then I don’t have to worry about whether there will be problems with the code I found.

Any recent good codes for LAX weekend?
