MUGZ042 expires 3/31. MUGZ067 offers $30 off with certain (Costco) codes. Probably best to get the info off the Costco Travel website (go through renting exercise, click on T&C for the codes).

12- or 15- passenger van 4/11-18, NY/NJ/PA
I'm in NYC, but willing to travel anywhere NY/NJ/PA to pick-up on April 11th. Need at least 12-, but better 15-passenger van for ideally 8-9days. It seems, AVIS and Budget only have 12- (are they always Ford E-350?). I read that Payless may have 12- and 15-, but I have no good code for Payless. I hardly see any offered by Hertz, or Enterprise trio. Any tip would be greatly appreciated, planning to pre-pay this coming week. BTW, any use bidding Priceline?

Help! Need decent rate for PGD 4/5/14 thru 4/12/14
I am flying into Punta Gorda, Fl (PGD) On Saturday April 5. I book a reservation earlier thinking that as in the past I can check last minute for better rates. Seems I am flying for a very good rate but the price of the rental car is killing me. I should arrive after 5PM on Saturday. I had a great rate though dollar/Hertz and autostash.com but unfortunately the rental car agency (Hertz) closes at 12 noon on Saturday. Strange huh? I normally rent a car in Fl for 120-150 for a week and now I am looking at almost 300.00 with USAA code Y126511 and coupon MUGZ165. I am members of avis, alamo, national Emerald Isle and Budget fast track, also a USAA member. I doubt I will ever fly into a small regional airport again. I would so appreciate any cheaper rates anyone wishes to share (or budget codes).
PU/drop off PGD - 4/5/14 5:00 PM drop off 4/12/14 11:00.
Intermediate or Compact car (just 2 adults so very flexible).
Thanks and I appreciate all your help!

One way rental FL - PA
Many of the car rental companies are doing one-way rentals out of Florida at this time of year.
The rates aren't as low as they've been in years past, (I've done Hertz for $5/day, some cars have been $1/day) but still doable, esp if you're looking for a one-way car rental that fits their criteria.
From what i've seen, they're like $10-$20+/day (plus fees and gas of course).
They're posted on the web sites of the car companies, under "deals", or something similar.
I just checked Avis - looks like it's $10, with this AWD: S705900, and works for FL to PA.

Not sure if this is already posted (Apologies dint search)
Get a free rental day on your next weekend rental: Coupon#TUFZ013
Also want to point out that I am getting consistently lowest rate with BCD#U112000 (Friends & Family) in Carolinas. Couple that with pay now rate and most of the time you can end up with significant discount.
Btw, it appears that Pay now rate can be cancelled with just $10 penalty and modified with whatever is the additional price based on new dates. Pretty useful I say!

the double upgrade is typically a paper coupon. I get them for my AA Visa.
the coupon code is UUGZ020, this is NOT a BCD.
if you try it on the hertz website it will say the coupon needs to be presented in person.
let me know if u find a digital one

week-long rental in bay area, CA?
Hi Folks,
Looking for deals on week-long rentals of sub-compacts in the bay area, CA. I could rent for just a couple days at a time, but seems that sometimes there are good deals on week-long rentals, so thought I'd ask. Any help greatly appreciated...
