wow, s190003 gives quite a discount. I'm trying to rent an SUV, but I'm only 22, and they say in the fine print you must be 25 to rent SUVs, Minivans, convertibles, etc.
Any way to get around this?

Has anyone successfully used this code yet besides bbd? I have a vehicle booked for a week from tomorrow using it, and I'm starting to get a little nervous given the lack of information about it.
bbd if you have any more information about the source of that code it would be much appreciated - given that it's holiday season and SUVs ex-NYC are as scarce as hen's teeth, I don't really have any backup plan so I need to maximise my chance of getting the quoted rate!
thanks

The booking I have using that code gets unlimited mileage, though I know others have sometimes found the same problem that you describe.

s190003
S190003 worked very well for my recent weekly rental. No problems, no questions asked. It also gave unlimited mileage, unlike another poster's experience mentioned above.
Thanks bbd

Just made a reservation for our FL vacation in February. Price was substantially less than what I found elsewhere -- so many thanks to the OP! ^

I just quoted this vs S190003 at IAH in March for 3 days and they had a F150 on this code for cheaper then a compact car, it was marked with a Star and said Street Fleet, this must be something new.

Ok, I haven't read the whole thread, but, I just used U109001 - the Northwest Airlines code - and got my rental for $95 per week!!! this is for Ft Myers in early Feb. Including tax, the cost is $142.31 (Florida taxes on car rentals is ridiculous IMO). Anyone know if I can use the Entertainment book coupon (different BCD code) - $20/off weekly rental? I know National has no problem with mixing corp codes and coupons...but how about Budget? (Thanks!) BTW, this is a savings of $50 from the Thrifty MagicCard cost.

What I am afraid is, when the rental is actually being processed at the counter, the code would cease to operate as being expired.
I currently hold reservations using this code for SoCal, but I also have made backup bookings at Avis, the rate is just a tad higher.

Thanks jyankeefan. I saved $11 off a weekly rental at HNL in Feb 2009.
For those renting in the continental US, this BCD could be combined with a $25 off coupon (5 day min, Sat night required, valid with BCD U109700 only, "participating" airport location, etc.):

I tested the BCD + coupon code for a week in LAX and SFO. However, I didn't see the coupon reflected in "my promised rate". Sorry, dunno if this is normal since I mainly rent from Hertz and they normally include all discounts in their "Total Approximate Charge" quote.
