Anyway, you're right about FTers opinion, the main problem is that I'm in Europe now, and it's not easy to get an NY attorney to determine if it'a a winnable lawsuit!
do you have some hints about it? also via PM if you want!
thanks
This is the problem that many people on FT face and why the advice to file a lawsuit is often not doable. At least talk to your attorney in London and see if he's got advice. You might also look at whether Budget has an arbitration program. While these are largely rigged against the consumer, anything you collect is better than nothing.

thanks for reply.
So I've already talked with my legal office, and they told me that for UK and also Italian law they are sueable for the facts and patrimonial consequences. The main problem could be that the competence is linked with NJ forum !
I've thought also about an arbitration, but can I institute a legal proceeding (arbitration I mean) by mail or fax, and providing documents by email/fax/mail?

Anyway I'm going to wait their reply: if they refuse to compensate all the expense, I'd try to find an agreement (% of the total expenses).......

Note: maybe is better that I edit some info on previous posts, to avoid the fact that some "unwelcome " (!) Bud***'s representative could read mine intentions?
