Lifemiles account login with error code

Annoying lifemiles system

I purchased miles in 2023 Nov 28 and booked a flight with it in the same day. But after that the payment never happened and my account got blocked. So I sent a email to their help center and revived a additional email to send my ID card. I've send it as soon as I received the email and now over 2days have passed and my account is still blocked. Now the original tickets I tried to book are gone. When will they Un block my account. It's like my 5th day with lifemiles and I had enough of this inconvenience

The process to unlock the account can take weeks or months. Nothing you can do but wait. Best guess you bought too many miles and attempted to book a flight immediately triggering the fraud department.

is 6000 miles a lot? I don't understand how these guys judge things. Looks like they judged me buying 6000miles is a potential fraud.

Email says "Hoping you are well, I am writing from Lifemiles's Fraud Prevention Department in order to check the authenticity of the Miles Purchase transaction processed back on NOVEMBER 28 of 2023"

Found out both mine and wife's accounts are suspended today. Everything was fine until yesterday with mine, no reservations/transactions made recently.

From what I dealt with the agent, this is a data collection effort from them. They're trying to get copies of your ids if you don't use gmail or hotmail.

For those who send them copies, don't be suprised when someone tries to pass on those same ids for fraud purposes/they get breached.

Don't worry about your ID after all the Hyatt/Marriott/Hilton breaches.
