I purchased miles in 2023 Nov 23 and booked a flight with it in the same day. But after that the payment never happened and my account got blocked. So I sent a email to their help center and revived a additional email to send my ID card. I've send it as soon as I received the email and now over 2days have passed and my account is still blocked. Now the original tickets I tried to book are gone. When will they Un block my account. It's like my 5th day with lifemiles and I had enough of this inconvenience
The process to unlock the account can take weeks or months. Nothing you can do but wait. Best guess you bought too many miles and attempted to book a flight immediately triggering the fraud department.
