Just my experience that AV is really bad when it comes to foreign credit cards
no matter what card the ticketing can vary from almost instantly to around 72 hours and anywhere inbetween.

My recent three separate bookings took a little more than 48 hrs. Funny the first booking ticketed last.

It seems that the phrase "you got ticketed" gets a completely new meaning cos of Avianca
