I have a ticket that I called to cancel to receive the miles refund. Since the ticket has been cancelled, TACA could not find my reservation any more so that they can not process any type of refund. Did anyone have the same problem? Thanks.

I booked a ticket earlier this week and it took a little under 24 hours to get an e-ticket number from classic checkmytrip.com

I've read before that it ranged between 1 and 3 business days. I'm waiting to book my positioning flight.

i booked 5 one way tickets in the last 3 days. And it took from 6 hours to 24h to get ticketed.

If a Ticket not showing up, go to the taca chat and they will help you very fast.

Where? I'm trying to get a PVG-FRA-ORD in F on 18 Sept. 11 days out. UA shows availability, ANA shows availability, but LM doesn't

Just looked for some LH F FRA-EWR which ANA showed - it was also available on LifeMiles.

i found also availability on PVG FRA in F on LM and from FRA to ORD.

But the problem is the online booking does not allow this trip. So your only chances are to call LM or book to oneways.

There has been discussion about that a few pages earlier in this thread. It can be very difficult to get your refund. Someone said, it took about 4 weeks in total with daily calls to LM necessary.

I see! Oddities of the booking engine. It was fine the other day I looked. Oh well... In the end, to get my friend back the quickest way, booked a nonstop PEK-ORD on good ol' UA.

I cancelled an award on monday, and after an chat it was posted to my LM Account in 36 hours.
But it was not ticketed. So this should be faster then ticketed awards.
