Transit changed from 4hrs to 28hrs
Title says it all.
I'm trying to contact Asiana in the UK to discuss options, including changing the connecting flight &/or an STPC if they still exist.
No-one's answering the UK phone numbers, the Chatbot is useless & I can't find an email address.
Anyone have any ideas on how to progress this please?

When are your flight leaving and where are they going to? Also did you check to see if the original flights still exist? You should also see if there's another flight(s) that would connect at ICN for an option. If you have Skype US 800 number won't cost you anything and it's got a much larger staff than the UK office. You also might try using Skype to connect to the Korean English language line. You need to have your preferred option ready when you call them otherwise it can be a bit of an adventure when they try to come up with something for you.

Thank you for the responses.
Flights are BKK-ICN-LHR in Nov. The ICN-LHR flight has been put back 24hrs due to "winter reschedule" & there are no longer any flights available on the original date.
These things happen, but it's very frustrating not to be able to talk to Asiana about options.
Ho hum.

I always call the US number. You typically have to wait 30 to 60 mins for an agent and the agents range from useless to clueless but helpful to quite good to great so you sometimes have to HUACA. But I find the US number the best.
My account is registered as UK but I call on Skype displaying an African mobile number. Not sure what the US call centre says if they see a UK number..

To update with happenings on this issue. I found a Customer Comments page on the Asiana website:
https://avochome.flyasiana.com/compl...aintRegist.voc
Having completed & submitted the form expressing my disappointment with the situation, after around 24 hours I received a reply from the London reservation office offering to:
a) move my first flight back a day to connect with the LHR flight
or
b) pay for a stopover hotel & breakfast.
I have asked for the hotel as a 28 hour transit gives me the opportunity visit Seoul, something I thought I'd never have the opportunity to do.
If it helps anyone - [email protected] is the London office.
Well done Asiana, sometimes lemons can be turned into lemonade
