Actually despite the roads being a mess it's nice to see so much rain........hopefully the fishing will improve. ^
Hiddy where do you go fishing? Fresh water or salt? I saw a Fishing and Tackle shop a few doors away from El Cuartito last week.. Was going to stop in but was in a hurry.

Not done any salt water fishing here yet unfortunately.

My first love is trout and salmon but one has to travel a long way to get to the rivers and lakes for them. Last time was down in Patagonia fishing for wild rainbows - great fun amid wonderful scenery.
Here where I live it's only coarse fishing for Carp and Catfish but the main species of fish is the pejerrey which is quite sporting.
Sport fishing is big business here in Argentina and the tackle shops are very good with lots of gear to choose from.....well worth having a look.

Talking about the weather.....Sad news just in is that 10 people have died in a tornado in Misiones.

Dont panic about the weather - its just a cold front! Spring is just waiting around the corner... (officially 20th September) and then you'll forget you were ever complaining!

Positive thoughts bring positive things! ^

Oh dear Gaucho100K not good news. Hope they weren't directly affected by it.
I was surprised by how violent the weather can be here. A few years ago we had a tornado hit here - even although we were caught in the extremity of it I was quite shocked by the power of it. It wrecked the hangers at the local aerodrome and a few houses were badly damaged. The only fatality was a lorry driver whose vehicle was blown off the road........Scary stuff.
