It's flipping freezing here!!!

TV news coverage here tonight has been showing the results of the Antarctic blast of wind which has been hitting most of Argentina today with snow in many parts.
Here where I am in the sticks 100 southwest of the capital the thermometer is at this moment nudging the 0c mark and is set to go below 0 at any minute. No snow here as yet but it might come through tonight and tomorrow morning according to forecasters. Just been out with the dogs and it's still blowing a gale which makes it feel even colder.
Reckoned to last till Friday so bring a wooly vest if your planning on visiting BsAs at the weekend. Brrrrrrrrrrrr

How frequent an occurrence is snow both where you are, and in BA itself? Stay warm!

Blue sky here this morning but no snow.

Ice in the rain water bucket though.

I've yet to see it snow here in BsAs Province although my wife has pictures of it taken a while back so although rare it does happen. Never lies long though. I'm just glad that we do get a winter here doesn't half make one appreciate a warm bed.

Very infrequent in Buenos Aires. I remember it snowed here on Independence Day (July 9) 2007 which made the news as the first snow in the capital since 1918 or sometime thereabouts. It was really funny seeing the amazed looks on the faces of adults who had never seen snow before. Still very cold today but at least the sun is back and the sky is blue

Indeed... it was a kind of circus in 2007.... many folks saw snow for the first time in their lives...
