Forecast doesn't look too clever for tomorrow - Windy with chance of thunderstorms. Not really asado weather 14 floors up.

Indeed. Was a great asado. While there were lots of clouds and the sun was missing there were almost no winds. With some nice people and lots of good meat and nice wines it was a great success.

Had 2 unexpected Vineyard Asados during my trip in MDZ. I heard that it is not polite to refuse. I had xpected an hour tasting and I brought it up to 90 minutes. Short time, I know.. but the best meals I had in 10 days.. I totally understand what its all about now.. Way better than a resto parillla..

Nice to hear that. It is nice to experience the whole thing about the asado and not just the meat. It is also about sharing, chatting, friendship, etc
Good for you! ^

Just in the nick of time as well.

Storms hit here yesterday late afternoon and carried on all night. Country roads are like a quagmire so had to cancel the removal of cattle to market. Over 100mm of rain over the last few days with more to come.
Actually despite the roads being a mess it's nice to see so much rain........hopefully the fishing will improve. ^
