Can anyone please guest me in SFO 10/9 around 9AM?

What is the worse that can happen if I flash my Dad's Platinum @ SFO Centurion?. we share same last name, different first name.

They will swipe the card, look at your ID (and boarding pass) and see the name is different, prob tell you to pay $50 to get in, or they could be gracious and allow you in, it's a gamble.

What about standing a bit before the entrance and asking a good samaritan to please guest me in? hey I would guest someone else if I would have continued my amex Platinum membership

I would assume so. Most airports require vendors to be open at all times when flights are departing.

Many airport stores and restaurants are open less hours than when flight operations are running. My home airport has some passenger flight operations even in the night hours and there are stores and restaurants and lounges that are closed during hours when flights operate.

The Centurion lounge does not have any holiday information on its website. But other lounges have reduced hours around the holidays.

For example Alaska has on its website about Board Room lounges:
Holiday Hours for all Board Room locations
Thanksgiving (November 24, 2016) - 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
Christmas eve (December 24, 2016) - 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
Christmas day (December 25, 2016) - closed
New year's eve (December 31, 2016) - 5:00 am - 5:00 pm
