Noon or midnight? Based on opening hours, presumably the former.

It might be clearer to write "12 noon", but "12pm" does mean noon. 12am is midnight.

Moderator observation

There is not any ambiguity. 12PM is Noon. 12AM is Midnight. If anyone wishes to continue the discussion I will breakout these posts and send them to Omni as a separate thread.

Pretty surprised this thread doesn't get more love compared to the high number of plats on FT.

Probably because many of us either don't want to contribute to unnecessary crowding in the lounges, and/or deal with the logistical hassle of actually coordinating a meetup.

As an aside, on reddit we tried a lounge meetup thread for a while (similar to this one) and I'm not sure there was ever a documented success. Just the likelihood of a small subset of people being in the same place at the same time and seeing the thread in advance isn't terribly high.

I don't have a link, but it was at least a couple years pre-Covid in either awardtravel or churning.

I always used to bring a meetup to CL and DL lounges. But now that they are restricting numbers, I have stopped

I suppose some people don't mind an over crowded CL, or need to wait in line to get in, or stand in lounge until a seat/table is available. They bring strangers into CL with them, and others do the same. These "guests" would otherwise not be allowed to CL. So we ended up in a crowded CL mess now.
