If you call in to PTS , they can make a booking for your dates. The system converts the booking to FHR later. Keep in mind, some hotels are dropped and added.

Did they happen to tell you which hotels will be apart of it?

No. Didn't inquire.

This is really annoying to wait for, especially when trying to book high traffic weekends/holidays.

Dates for 2018 are still not up, but the FHR website/search process got a bit of a refresh it looks like. Super annoying trying to book hotels for NYE weekend, when you can't even book the night of the 31st!

For anyone still trying for 2018, I was able to book a FHR room in mid-January in Japan by calling the Business Platinum Travel desk. The website is still not showing availability past December, but I received my confirmation email and FHR details are shown with the booking. Hope this helps!

The program is probably loosing significant forward bookings because of this contract sloppiness. Really no excuse for it except poor management of the contract unit.

Thanks ^^^

Washington D.C. hotel list has been decimated. They only have the three Ritz's, as opposed to the 11 options available for 2017. Should this be continually updated? Or is this it?

Just called them. They said they're still negotiating rates for 2018. They won't have everything up until the end of the year. Sigh.

I've done a handful of searches and have had a good amount of properties showing prices now for 2018. Not all properties but about 70% of my searches had results!

No more Mandarin Oriental in Taipei

Also, not seeing any 4th night free deals like I use to.
