I stayed at the Bellagio just before Christmas and the choice between Spa and Olives was available. I actually used it in Olives and had a great lunch.

thHotel will be rebranded as a Delano, supposedly late this year. Hopefully it will stay in the FHR program (the Miami property has participated for quite some time), although I am sure rates will rise after the rebranding.

Frequent lurker, infrequent poster ....
Am considering upgrading to AmEx platinum right now as we're planning a vegas trip over a holiday weekend and I need to book 3 rooms. I see it's not the most popular location for FH, but we're staying at the Palazzo. Couldn't find an answer on the forum - is there always a 15% discount off the hotel's best available rate when booking through AmEx platinum travel services? Thanks in advance... JN

Just checked and it looks like the current FHR rates are the same as the best available rates available when booking directly through the Palazzo.

best chance would be to book a "tower king" as this is the category down from the parlor suite.

guarantee is a strong word, dont think you should be thinking along those lines.

i was at the Wynn last month, i booked tower king and received a parlor suite, best upgrade i have had in a while.

It's more of a sure thing during the week as opposed to the weekend... It's a Tower King so none of the rooms that you have listed...

my Encore stay ended up decent. Booked the regular King and received the typical Panoramic King upgrade. We maxed out the $80 breakfast credit on the first day with room service at $79.50 after tax/tips. Had breakfast at the buffet for the second day. Overall a pleasant 1st time experience at the Wynn/Encore properties.

Just checked into the Encore. Booked a standard king and was upgraded to the panoramic king. Nice room, but nothing shockingly amazing. I think I got spoiled from my upgrade at THEHotel last month to the 2,000 sq ft suite.

Amex FHR benefits are:

$40 per person per day breakfast credit
Late check out
$100 credit for the spa

Additional Centurion benefit - $100 resort credit (excluding room rate, retail items, resort fees, gratuity, casino play, taxes, Beach Club, Surrender, XS and Tryst).

Does anyone have any recent experience at the Wynn? Is the Parlor Suite the biggest room available?

Besides free breakfast, late checkout, and the 100 spa credit, are there any other benefits?
I going with a group of 4 (including me). If we get 1 giant room, will everyone get a breakfast credit, or is that only for 2 people max?

Also, if we end up getting more than 1 room, will each room get the FHR benefits...or only the room that I am in if I am the one booking?

The rates are the same but you get a $100 dining credit per room so depending on the number of nights you stay, could make a difference.

I just stayed at the Encore, which is pretty much the same as the Wynn. See my comment directly above your post.

There is no guarantee of an upgrage tot he Parlor suite, so that could be pretty uncomfortable if the 4 of you get stuck in a regular room. Also, the breakfast credit is capped at 2 people, but that is per room. You could book 2 rooms through the Amex FHR and then everyone would get the credit.

I have a couple of questions re FHR at Wynn. Hoping you guys can help since Amex fhr line is forever on hold.

Husband is card holder but is not accompanying me. We have different last names. Anyone think this will be a problem? At checkout on FHR site it requires booking in his name. I can take his Plat Amex or can take my own gold amex.

I need to book 2 rooms. One for me, one for best girl friend. If I book at the same time, will we both get the spa credit, etc?

We only need one breakfast per room. Could we do lunch for the other included breakfast? Or maybe a drink or something?

Is it possible to book 2 nights at Wynn and last night at Encore or elsewhere and get spa credit twice?

I read on here somewhere that spa credit was split up for two people. Can one person use entire spa credit for one "service"?

Thanks!
