I just checked the Plaza site and their two T3 lounges in the International area are not accessible from the U.S. Transborder area.

Bah, I have a Toronto trip in June and was hoping the club would be ready by then. With the BUF club closed, I'll be forced to mix with the hoi polloi before my flight no matter where I fly though. Oh the horror!
OK, I think I'll survive. I do wonder if the YYZ club is going to be larger as it was way too small for the post-merger traffic coming through T3. SRO typically on Friday afternoons.

Lots, but not in the transborder section of T3.
Not open yet. I think the main issue is that the area where the club was and will be is the place with the heaviest construction in the terminal.
