Can business extra one segment upgrade certificates be redeemed on economy anytime awards? The economy awards that use more miles.
Booking code is Y which doesn't seem to be an excluded fare class? Any ideas if thats possible to upgrade using the certificate? |

Does the flight have to be paid, or can it be an award flight?

Huh, nice bonus for basically doing nothing. Posted on 3.22.17.
|
Mine posted on the 22nd as well:)
|
Still haven't gotten mine, and I flew a month ago.
|
Hmm, I didn't get the credit either. Maybe it's because I flew on an AA-marketed BA-operated flight?

Mine was AA marketed and operated. I registered only a day before the flight, hopefully that wasn't somehow cutting too close.

I have a question about seat selection. . . The FAQ says:
Q: Can I purchase Preferred Seats when traveling on a Business Extra flight award? A: Preferred Seats are not available for purchase to passengers traveling on Business Extra PlanAhead tickets. So, not even EXP or CK members can select a preferred (or MCE) seat on a PlanAhead award? Seems hard to believe - and I didn't find any reference to "preferred seats" in this thread, so perhaps I'm just reading it incorrectly. |
