3/22 DFW - LIT
3/25 LIT - DFW

This flight is a little more than an hour so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of services. I was pleasantly surprised to receive PDB's both directions as well as additional beverages in the air.

Yesterday morning SFO-ORD - full PDB service offered. Overall great proactive but not invasive service by a fantastic Chicago-based crew. After a few bad experiences recently at AA, I did write in to compliment the fantastic crew on this flight.

3/26 1266 MSY - CLT - On time 6:50 am - No PDB. The snack basket offerings and drinks only while in the air.
3/26 1687 CLT - PHL - On time 11:00 a, - Water or OJ for PDB. No snacks or food while in the air, drinks only.

You just never know what to expect right now.

03/27 LAX-PHL, on time 3:45, PDB was served when coach was still coming in. FA got 3 rows in before they had to start closing the door and preparing for the flight, and resumed about 45 minutes after take off. Good try on their part though, FA was trying to hustle between pax trying to come in.

Is there literally 0 consistency with PDB? What exactly did they say they were doing when they announced the return? None now like 5/6 flights since the supposed return... including 10 pm flight on 3/28 from LAX-CLT... boarded, would have been nice to at least have a free mini bottle of water at the seat but nope, and then wondered how long until I could take my NyQuil pills... turns out 90 more minutes, there were some storms that prevented FA service (no turbulence but alas).

I have yet to figure out the magic to PDB... length, route, plane type, it seems... random

3/28: CLT-IAH full PDB

Completely random and subject to the caprice of each FA working the premium cabin. Seems there is no accountability whatsoever.

CLT-SDF also no PDB. These two seemed less than enthusiastic but otherwise fine. The one from this morning/redeye... she was a long haul FA with a mind all over the place. I honestly don't think it was laziness as much as... overwhelmed? Both LAX and SDF security lines were NUTS... BUT... one big Pro to AA today, my bags came right off the plane and immediately to the carousel, record timing, fastest I've ever seen.

DCA-ORD no PDB.

3/28 LAX - CLT (Full PDB & excellent service in the air. Addressed all pax by last name and very proactive with walking the cabin and refills)
3/28 CLT - IND (Full PDB also excellent service in the air despite quite a few areas of turbulence)

I truly wish all flights were like these last 2!

A320, ATL-ORD on Mar 26, full PDB. These old HP birds need a complete interior gut-out. The F seats are nasty.

RDU/JFK (Envoy I think). No PDBs but a stern lecture from the F FA about wearing the mask between sips and bites and how we didn't want to get thrown off the flight for not doing so. Also a lecture about our "nose." Not surprising in flight was one quick round of drinks and snack basket with the FA quickly disappearing thereafter.

Little old now but 3/22 PHL-DFW PDB was water/OJ option

3/31/22. ILM-DFW Envoy I believe. Late afternoon flight.
