Not really, leaving for a cruise out of Rome on 10/9 and wanted a full day in Rome.

Frustrating ! Thought I had this all worked out !

Even more frustrating is the cruise was supposed to be in August (was cancelled) and I had amazing flights on Iberia in biz class for a screaming deal when I transferred over UR points at 30 percent bonus back in December. Iberia has no availability in business , only on BA with the ridiculous surcharge

The stars are in my favor despite what aa.com says. EF and EXP agent said yes, C space for upgrades available and secured. However, looking at flights on aa.com, the "upgrade" link isn't showing up. I'm only concerned about one leg of a flight as "all seats are unavailable" but the ticket says business class and the seat map displays the correct cabin too.

There's a note at the top of the seat map page that indicates I need to check back later or check-in at the airport for my seat assignment. Even checking with aa.com, the site indicates there are three seats available in J but all seats are unavailable on the map. Overselling J must be at play.
