I’ve been gold, plat and ppro but don’t ever remember seeing these. Mr. TravelLawyer gets these as EXP but has his own info on them. (My current ppro status is status challenge promo due to me stopping traveling with AA due my many terrible experiences the past couple years and starting to fly DL (and some UA) this year.)

That's actually an interesting question - if you receive them as part of a challenge.

On that note the wise management team at American has yet to formally accept my idea for "Below and No Effort" certificates but if they do, I'll make sure to post back.
