Lost reservation but have ticket number

I can't find the email confirmation of a ticket I purchased recently on aa.com. I fear that I may have mistyped my email address. I was even doubting I completed the reservation, but I see that it has been charged to my credit card and that the credit card statement includes the ticket number. Is there a way to find he reservation online, besides calling? Wait times are long and I notice that the 'manage my booking' function on aa.com appears to use locator only. Thanks.

If the passenger matches the logged in user at aa.com you should be able enter all of the relevant flight details (flight #, date, etc.) and it will pull up the reservation without the PNR.

Thanks both. I use BA mostly, so don't log in with an aa.com account. But will try the direct message route.

You don't need your record locator or e-ticket number.

On AA.com:
1. Select "Continue as a Guest" when asked to log in.
2. Select "Don't Know Your Record Locator"
3. Enter the requested information:
A. Carrier
B. Flight Number
C. Departure Airport
D. Departure Date

I’ve tried this very same ploy when required to book tickets to see the in-laws.

I think AA.com asks for the email twice, so it could be in your spam folder.

Have tried searching your email with the ticket number?
