You don't need your record locator or e-ticket number.

On AA.com:
1. Select "Continue as a Guest" when asked to log in.
2. Select "Don't Know Your Record Locator"
3. Enter the requested information:
A. Carrier
B. Flight Number
C. Departure Airport
D. Departure Date
Often1 is offline
