JFK Admirals Club breakfast hours

What times are the breakfast items out at the JFK club?

I'm assuming it's the standard scrambled eggs, oatmeal, bagels...?

I will have my very first Admiral's Club visits next month at YYZ and DFW as a newly minted JAL Sapphire. Any recent reports on the food and snacks at YYZ? I assume the DFW club will be a full spread given it's their main hub.

At DFW skip the Admiral's Club and go to the Flagship Lounge which you will have access to as a non-AA/AS oneworld sapphire. Offerings there will be much better than anything offered in the Admirals Clubs.

YYZ is a very small club with limited food offerings. In the morning, it's fruit and boiled eggs. In the afternoon, they have build-your-own sliders with cold cuts and cheese.

There may also be some oatmeal in the morning and soup in the afternoon. I don't generally pay attention to those offerings, so I can't be sure.

Apparently times at RDU are tight and the Jif Peanut Butter has been downgraded to some nameless thing in a mustard packet:

Anyone notice the terrible chocolate chip cookies are gone in PHX, LAX and I assume other clubs? Replaced by baklava but they call "Mediterranean dessert rolls." Good riddance....

Mediterranean dessert rolls

I watched the Super Bowl in the T4 Admirals Club at LAX, not a bad experience.

they're smart to get rid of the choc chip cookies that I always compared AA's as being worse than literally every other choc chip cookie I've ever eaten.
Harder to compare baklava lol

I always thought the chocolate brownies, pumpkin brownies and rice krispies treats were very good. The chocolate chip cookies were pretty terrible though. I hope the baklava is good for some variety!
