When to buy tix
Hi, it's been a long time so please forgive me (and be kind) if it's been asked or I haven't searched properly....
Going FLL-DCA at the beginning of August. When's the best time to book the flight for the 'best' price?
Flight now is $263. My partner suggests waiting another week or so.
I do need specific flight times as in the 11:50am flight outbound and 8:30am return. Do I grab it now or wait?
Thanks in advance.

No time like the present.
Really need more details than that (how many days are you staying, are you flying on peak days?). Any particular reason to fly AA on the route? Because Jetblue is likely to be cheaper, if you're looking to save a penny.
According to Hopper: prices are flat.

That's a pretty good price for a RT ticket, particularly since you want exact flights. I'd grab it now. Even with a sale, you're not likely to save a whole lot more.
