777 First vs Business - major differences? (consolidated)

Not sure where to post this-
I was planning on heading to Europe this summer returning around Sept 1. I had previously booked F MAD-DFW (well, Z actually) on my return just to fly on the 777. This was changed to a 763 earlier this week and I've cancelled my flight.
I'd like to fly home in F on the 777. Other than LHR, do I have any options?

If your J ticket is in J, D or R inventory and you can upgrade with 25k miles (or you have SWU and a J ticket in any inventory) then do it at least one way. If you'll be paying the difference in cash I agree; save it for a longer flight/better airline.
FWIW I'll be doing ORD-LHR-ORD next month and didn't hesitate to burn two SWU on an upgrade to F both ways.
