I wish... but I suspect they'll do this only after they start refunding baggage fees when the bags aren't delivered on time (or are lost altogether).

I got a $50 eCert. I wrote back quoting their policy and they never responded.

Well, I feel a little better now. At least I got $75 voucher, but hearing other stories here makes me think we got shafted.
