While the article is mainly about the plane that brought the Olympic flag to Tokyo is being sent to the desert. There is a note at the end that there are plans to refurbish a total of 6 77W to the new configuration. And 3 are already completed. So there should be 9 planes around now.

I remember seeing rumors of JA785A getting the refurb earlier this year but wasn't sure as I couldn't find any positive confirmation. I also heard something about NH beginning to do refurbishment in house but again, not sure about this.

If you value the novelty of it, and if you've flown The Square before, I'd say NH105 will add to the experience/enjoyment regardless.
If you want the best sleep, NH105.
If you want to be properly fed and pampered, NH125 might be better - tho' I would argue, then, that why not position to JFK then do NH109 to extract a few more hours out of the Suite experience?
