Time the upgrade cleared or position on waitlist if didn't clear: We were 1 & 2 on UG list, but flight was U0/J1 the day before, so we got skipped over by #3. I upgraded at gate and my spouse (and next person on UG list) got pulled up front by gate agent just before door closure.
