The upgrade processor being strange again: flight went from 0 to 3 about 48 hours prior to departure and sat at 3 until T-12.
Departed for the first time in recent memory with an empty F seat next to me -- load seemed reasonable so surprised there was no one eligible to upgrade.
No PDB, no snack basket - flight attendants were checked out.
Flight Status page shows no elites on the WL, so no pax to upgrade. 🤙🏻🥃
