Recourse to get miles owed to me
Flew SFO SIN HKT on SQ
According to the mileage plan Singapore page
i am owed miles from SIN-HKT/BKK-SIN
AS has requested miles from SQ but 8 weeks later they say no
AS wont give me these EQM miles that are duly owed to me
Any recourse ?
these 900 EQM miles would put me over a threshold
but SQ and AS wont grant me them
Any ideas for recourse?

If your flights were not in the range of eligible flight numbers for credit to Alaska, then you don’t get Alaska miles or EQMs and there isn’t any recourse to be had. You should at least be able to credit those flights to Krisflyer or maybe a different partner airline.

OP here Booked in E but when booked it was eligible
then they updated accrual charts after flown
actual routing was SFO-SIN-HKT/BKK-SIN-SFO
only got credit for SFO-SIn-SFO
even the BKK-SIN operated by a A359 didnt get credit
along with HKT-SFO operated by a 738 aircraft ( i think old silk air aircraft ) no credit
then they updated accrual charts after flown

Yes SQ can be picky. I have a SQ1266 flight not credited as it is out of range of eligible flights. It was also a codeshare flight and thus doubly not eligible. However, it was on Alaska Airlines metal from LAX-SEA. In the middle of trying to get it honoured.

The eligible flight number range (or fare class purchased) changed over the 8 weeks from when you flew to when the miles would have posted? If that's really the case, AS should have record of that change and (at least in my experience with AS when there have been sudden program changes in the past - such as losing AA as a partner w/out notice), would likely be willing to credit you for the flights. My guess from others' experiences above w/ SilkAir is that the flight # range has been constant and that you may have misread the chart or incorrectly assumed it would count. Always a bummer, but good lesson to check before booking if earning on flights is a big factor in your travel!

See this post in the SQ partner thread:
Note the only flights that allow accruals:
Eligible flight numbers
0100–0699
0800–0999

I don't believe the OP's flights are eligible.
