Upgrades ex-NYC, ex-SFO
As I sit in dreary Terminal A at EWR awaiting my delayed flight to SAN, which is usually a pretty easy upgrade, I wondered... what are the waitlists looking like on pm-VX routes in 2019? Are the waitlists shorter with former VX loyalists jumping ship, are they more-or-less the same as before, or are they even longer? Just curious to see what the experiences have been.

I've cleared 11 Airbus upgrades in a row from SFO (100%) so far this year, including today's SFO- BWI. Doing much better than last year. About half of those were gate upgrades with my being #1 on the list. Get the sense SFO does not have a massive amount of 75K flyers heading east.
