I Got/Didn't Get MVP/Gold/75K Upgrade on AS (2019)

Since we are within the 120 hour window when Alaska Airlines (supposedly) starts processing upgrades, it is time to start a new thread for 2019.

I was checking the app on my flights and this itinerary had a schedule change requiring a call in to reservations. Turned out one flight had changed 10 minutes. While on the call, I realized I booked the wrong flight (wanted afternoon but booked early morning flight which we flew often in 2018). So I requested a change to the afternoon and the agent changed it, checked for upgrades and upgraded us.
