Summary of Reconfiguration Project: (see below for specific breakdown by aircraft tail number)
- 319 - None were reconfigured due to pandemic and subsequent fleet withdrawal. All were scrapped / transferred as of June 17, 2022.
- 320 - All but 7 aircraft were reconfigured. [F8W12Y126 -> F12W24Y114], all were withdrawn from the fleet as of January 10, 2023.
- 321neo - All were reconfigured (7 total, 3 delivered in the new interior from Airbus, completed as of January 3, 2020). [F8W18Y159 -> F16W24Y150], all were withdrawn from the fleet as of September 30 2023,.
- All aircraft were repainted into AS livery being complete on June 2, 2019.

Looks like today (Jan 9) is in fact the last day of commercial service for AS/VX A320s, with N849VA doing 2 round trips between SEA and LAX. No ferry flights to graveyard/MRO facility filed per flightradar24.
Edit: N849VA filed LAX-VCV tomorrow (Jan 10) as AS9800. End of the AS/VX A320.

Wiki updated - i will periodically check in on the 320s and a few 319s periodically to see where they went after initial retirement from AS fleet and update the Wiki as necessary. Probably every other month or so...or when updates of the 321neos retirements begin later this year....anyone have intel in the schedule of when we see thier removal?

I would have loved that they get several of the LRs and perhaps branch out a little!

A321 flights
Seem the A321 mission has changed from transcon to west coast flying. I no longer see it scheduled for any of the transcon flights.

I'm seeing N921VA operating LAX-EWR LAX-IAD and even LAX-LIR. Also SEA-CUN. Similar for N922VA.Didn't check further.
Looks like a lot of EWR CUN and LIR flights ex LAX and CUN to/from SEA

Looks like the A321 fleet is centered around LAX with long distance flying to CUN LIR EWR and IAD, and with the IAD flights paired to SFO and the CUN flights paired to SEA. And then mixing in West Coast flights between LAX SFO and SEA for utilization and positioning.
