Now that cruise season is almost over in SEA, I hope we can expect the Board Room to thin out..

I would think the drop off from CSR cards might have an impact. We are getting to the time when those who signed up just for the initial bonus will not re-up when their $450 AF comes due.

Both Capers locations open at ~9:30 last night. Picked up a bottle of wine to go; cashier expressed skepticism that this deal would last. Take advantage of it while you can.

Thursday Aug 17 at PDX around 9 AM: the no PP sign was out. We didnt go in and try our luck.
Sunday morning today at SEA around 7 AM: sign not out at either D or N club. N club admitted me with family (3 total), but only after walking back into the club and a brief discussion with her colleague to confirm that there was space for PriorityPass. Plenty of seats available at the time, including multiple tables for 3+. She also ensured that I only had two guests. (The PriorityPass app now says explicitly that two guests maximum are allowed; you apparently can't bring in even immediate family if more than two guests.)

PP now allowing 2 guests is a change over previous policy. My understanding is that it was only 1 guest per PP, when Alaska Lounge policy was updated last month.
This is good news.

Visited the new SEA C lounge on 8/21/17, abt 7am, and all 3 of us were warmly welcomed. But, no dry cereal? My wife was disappointed as she doesn't like oatmeal or pancakes. Yorgurt, coffee and a toasted bagel worked for me.

I finally made it in this lounge and was underwhelmed by it. Both for food offerings and the layout. I did find the agents there very proactive. And all the SEA lounges have been upgraded to metal cutlery (non branded).

Prefers dry cereal over pancakes? Huh? We're talking Holiday Inn Express quality here....they are one of the main reasons I visit the Alaska Lounge in the morning

5:55p, Thurs., 8/31 - SEA C lounge - Sign was out, but I went up and was admitted with one guest on my PP card when I asked if it was possible to enter. Lounge was about 60 pct full and we had no problems finding seats.
D lounge did not have the no-PP sign out, but was farther from our gate.

The novelty of the pancake machine wore off after a year or so. Now, it’s objectively meh. You can have your waxy, cardboardy autopancakes. I’ll take cereal any day of the week.
