Able to ticket or able to see? AS has lots of phantom inventory that can't be booked.
Inside of 330 days or not? The Avios airlines, CX, JL all get first crack at CX, JL and Avios before T-330 hits.
AA and AS have SABRE, most of the rest of OW runs Amadeus (read: inventory gets translated from one booking system to another). Is this CX you're booking all bookable on AA?
Also... what makes you think AS is rubbing their hands and twirling a mustache going "muahahaha, you can't have this"? If the partners are still denying AS inventory for whatever reason it's still a partner problem.

I appreciated that, this is more contructive than going
at the situation.
I don't have more information because, well, I don't really get shots to talk to those employees.

FYI in the last week I have been able to find multiple 85K J class on JX from west coast USA to BKK. They go quickly but they have been popping up again. Not as many as a month ago but this tells me that as the inventory crunch from Middle east carriers cancellations gets worked through, that the problem, at least with JX, was due to capacity being at all time highs. You can book JX though PHX, a new route, tomorrow for 130k in J.

I am starting to look at SAN-EZE for March 2026. Bit early, so I checked current award availability for February 2027; RT in J is on the order of 450k AA miles, AS has J for same dates of travel for 120k.

Another success story: booked 2 premium economy round trips JX SFO-SIN for 220k + $210 total. Applied my Summit 100K companion fare, so 120k for a two-person PE round trip (TPE-SIN-TPE legs are in Y). I dont love being a cpp freak but its a $4,400 cash fare on Starluxs website so 1.93 cpp before companion fare, 3.55 after, great reminder of why I stick with Alaska
