Trouble Using Atmos Summit Wi-Fi Passes?

I couldn't get alaskawifi.com to give me access to wifi yesterday and wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Yup. Back in September. Reported the issue and no further response from the company.

Haven't had an issue since then.

If the service doesn’t work, does it still use up one of the coupons?

No issue with the pass itself.

I do regularly hit an issue where everything stops loading the moment I try to use the pass. It turned out to be that I have to go into my Macs network config and delete all of the DNS entries for the AlaskaWifi network and then it works. Figured that was just me though.

I meant to say it worked when I put in her seat number using my computer.

Is there, on a iOS or iPadOS or Android device, anything beyond forget network that a user could do?

(I successfully used one of my Q4 passes on a 50 minute flight on my mobile device - I think my Android phone. - just to see how it works. Havent had an opportunity to use the current coupons)

In iOS toggling airplane mode *should* do it. However, you might need to make sure it shuts off wifi too.

I have noticed theres a sort of hand-off that seems to change network settings between being on the ground and 10k. Staying connected after landing has messed up my settings in the past. Trying to connect too early might do the same, but thats just a guess.

In my case I was on the alaskawifi.com site using a Safari on a Mac. Got the error when I entered my seat number. Worked fine when I entered my wife's.
