Is there, on a iOS or iPadOS or Android device, anything beyond “forget network” that a user could do?

(I successfully used one of my Q4 passes on a 50 minute flight on my mobile device - I think my Android phone. - just to see how it works. Haven’t had an opportunity to use the current coupons)
